It all started from a sweet challenge.

While on their honeymoon, the wife of the eight richest American , Sheldon Adelson proposed an endeavoring thought to the Casino magnate uttering the words, “If you can bring the romantic atmosphere of Venice with all the luxuries that can only be found in Las Vegas, then it can be a winner,”Impossible, as it first might seem, the inspiration was ignited by  the not-an-ordinary billionaire’s wife, Miriam a medical doctor,  a businesswoman and a philanthropist.
Six years later, those challenging words came into existence when Adelson’s first business was demolished to make a room for the themed resort Venetian Las Vegas which was an overall success according to Fortune Magazine. With his naturally competitive spirit, he extended the overall renaissance of Las Vegas to Asia, before his competitors.

The so called Las Vegas of the East, majestic and empyrean in pictures and in t.v. documentaries, no wonder I once dreamed to see it, is even more captivating and alluring for one’s own view.
It was a dream that became true. Ticking off one of my bucket list, I was exceedingly on cloud nine when we were able to visit the paradise-like place by merely less than two-hour cross from Hong Kong by the water jet.

Fit exactly with the owner’s vision, Macau enchants visitor with its two grandiose resort hotels – Parisian and Venetian. The Parisian hotel features the romanticity triumphed by Paris in France with its half-scale citadel of the Eiffel tower. With the principle that either place nurtures romantic people or the people’s culture shapes a romantic place, one would undeniably discerns how Parisian Macau boosts one’s romantic spirit and zest for elegance and beauty. The Venetian Hotel Resort however boasts a perfect nirvana to visitors who want to relax and unwind in Vegas Casino Resort ambiance.

The two hotels, both belonging to Macau’s major attractions, muse and cheer visitors with their appealing structures and amenities that would truly leave a remarkable impression among them.

As I journeyed Macau November of last year with my son, I couldn’t deny the joy it brought to see their wonders and to enjoy the privileges of savor their aesthetic value.

It started with a sweet challenge, almost analogous to a sweet dream. Our dreams need our physical bodies to turn them into reality. The more memories we create, the more meanings we put into our lives. My make-it-to-Macau experience unlike the others was the shortest but was the most sophisticated. The journey was fulfilling and that while-on-tour feeling was never-ending.
